Apera Instruments AI213 Value Series TDS20 Waterproof TDS Pocket Tester Kit
The Apera Instruments TDS20 Pocket TDS Tester Kit is designed for professional TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) measurement of general water solutions, including tap water, agriculture, aquaculture, pools & spas, education, and environmental monitoring. This kit features a wide measurement range of 0-100.0 ppm, 0-1000 ppm, and 0-10.0 ppt (10,000 ppm), with an accuracy of ±1% F.S.
The device's BPB (Brush-Resistant Platinum Black) sensor, developed by Apera, utilizes a special processing technology that minimizes electrode polarization, expands the measuring range, and increases the firmness of the electrode. This ensures a much higher accuracy and consistency in a wide-range TDS measurement compared to traditional stainless steel electrodes, while also making it easy to clean.
The large LCD screen displays the ppm/temp. value dual display, along with indications of completed calibrations and stable readings. The device offers practical functions to make TDS testing easier and more reliable, such as 2-point auto calibration and 0 to 50˚C auto. temp. compensation. Users can also customize the TDS factor from 0.4 to 1.0, and the device provides self-diagnosis with out-of-range and low battery warning.
The complete kit includes the TDS20 meter, two bottles of calibration solutions, AAA batteries, and a lanyard, all housed in a portable carrying case. The device is IP67 water-resistant and can operate for up to 1000 hours powered by 4 AAA batteries. It also features a low power alarm and automatic power-off after 8 minutes of inactivity.
The Apera Instruments TDS20 Pocket TDS Tester Kit is CE and RoHS certified, and it is manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
